<p align="justify">該工程涵蓋設計、制造、采購、安裝、調試和試運行等階段。工程含零部件涂裝生產線和整機涂裝生產線，零部件涂裝線由2臺三工位整體移動干式噴漆室組成；整機涂裝線由4臺臺車式干式噴漆室組成。涂裝零部件時，先用車間起重機把工件吊放到噴漆室地面的承重骨架上，然后將噴漆室移至工件上方，形成一個上送風、下抽風的噴漆室；涂裝整機時，先用車間起重機把整機吊放到臺車上，然后由臺車將整機送入噴漆室內，完成作業。噴漆時產生的過噴漆霧經玻璃纖維過濾層、有機廢氣經活性碳吸附裝置吸附處理后，其主要有害物質排放速度及濃度皆符合國家規范要求的排放限值，達標排放，滿足環保要求。</p>
